The BAETS 2023 Annual Meeting Conference Dinner will take place at "Ioannis Roof Garden Restaurant" on Thursday 12th October 2023

NOTICE: The rates are exclusive of government occupancy tax. Applicable Taxes Charge: 4€ occupancy tax is to added to per night room and basic board rate; paid by the guest upon arrival.
If you would like to extend your accommodation before or after the Meeting's dates, please contact the Meeting's secretariat in order to inform you about availability.
Payment:
All payments are to be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary, to the order of VOYAGER TRAVEL & CONGRESS as follows. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent aſter receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Late registration fees will apply for any payments received aſter the stated deadline. Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite. Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancelation: Until 1st of July 2023: 100% refund (minus 50 Euro administration cost) - Aſter the 2nd July 2023: No refund on cancellations.
All cancellations must be e-mailed to the Meeting Secretariat.
Accommodation: Non refundable price.100% cancellation fees. In the event of a non-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non refundable. Please note that respective receipts will be given to you during registration days on site.
