Abstract Submission for #BAETS2023 is closed!

The Abstract Review Committee will review the abstracts in July and the outcome will be available by end of July.

Please click here to download the template in order to use it for the format of your e-Poster.

Important Notes:
- If you are participating with an e-Poster, you should sent the PowerPoint slides to the following email until Friday 6 October 2023: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 
- If you are participating with an oral presentation, you should be at least 30 minutes prior your presentation time at the conference venue in order to give your slides to the technical support secretariat of the conference

Important Notes for Oral Presentations:
- Presentations in the BJS prize session are 10 minutes in total with 7 minutes presentation time and 3 minutes allocated for questions.
- Presentations in the free papers session are 8 minutes long with 6 minutes presentation time and 2 minutes allocated for questions.

Important Notes for e-Posters:
E-posters will be displayed on plasma screens and are allocated to numbered screens.
E-posters in the poster prize session will be marked on Thursday at the following times:
Coffee break 1 Thursday morning to mark e-posters:
Screen 1 - e-posters 1-5
Screen 2 - e-posters 6-10
Lunchtime Thursday to mark e-posters:
Screen 3 - e-posters 11-15
Screen 4 - e-posters 16-20
Other posters not in the prize session will be displayed on the the following screens:
Screen 5 - e-posters 21-35
Screen 6 - e-posters 36-50
Screen 7 - e-posters 51-69
